“Please note that buffet tables, round tables, chairs, or any items not specified above are not included.”
1. Booking Confirmation: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be settled prior to the event date.
2. Guest Count: The final guest count must be confirmed at confirming the booking. Any changes after may incur additional charges. Last minute increase or decrease doesn’t entertained.
3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the event date will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date will result in full payment being charged.
4. Menu Selection: Menu selections must be finalized at the time of booking. Special dietary requirements or allergies should be communicated in advance to accommodate guest needs.
5. Payment Terms: Full payment is required prior to the event date. Additional charges incurred during the event, such as extra services or guest count adjustments, will be invoiced and must be settled on event day.
6. Venue Access: Access to the venue for setup and teardown will be provided 3 hours before and after the scheduled event time. Any additional hours required may incur extra charges.
7. Damage or Loss: The client is responsible for any damage or loss to the venue or equipment caused by the client, their guests, or vendors during the event. Any additional charges incurred will be invoiced accordingly.
8. Alcohol Policy: If alcohol is served at the event, the client must ensure compliance with local laws and regulations. Any liability arising from the consumption of alcohol is the responsibility of the client.
9. Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations beyond our control, we reserve the right to modify or cancel the event without liability.
10. Liability: Our liability for any damages or losses arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for those services.
