Terms and Conditions
1) Booking and Reservation:
a) All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed with advance payment.
b) Reservation dates are secured only upon receipt/realization of the agreed-advance payment.
2) Cancellation Policy:
a) Cancellations made less than 7 of days prior to the event will result in the forfeiture of the advance payment.
b) In the event of a cancellation, the client must notify us in writing via email or official correspondence.
c) Cancellation is not applicable within 3 days of event date. Client is obligated to make full payment of catering service irrespective of consumption/event occurrence
3) Final Guest Count:
a) The client must provide the final guest count number before 3 days the event.
b) Any increase in the guest count after this deadline may incur additional charges, subject to availability.
c) On site increase of number of guests then agreed will be charged additionally on the spot in final billing.
4) Damages and Liability:
a) The client is responsible for any damage or loss to our equipment, utensils, or other assets caused by the client, their guests, or any third parties during the event.
b) The client agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the client's event.
5) Leftover Food:
a) Any leftover food provided by us remains the property of our catering firm and cannot be taken off-site without prior consent.
b) We do not take responsibility for the consumption or handling of leftover food once it has left our premises.
6) Payment Terms:
a) Full payment for catering services is due before the event date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, or on event date.
b) Late payments may be subject to additional fees or penalties.

7) Force Majeure:
a) We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these terms and conditions if such failure or delay is beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government regulations.
8) Modification of Terms:
a) These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Any modifications will be communicated to the client in writing.
By booking our catering services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
